It was a cold and frosty afternoon on the 3rd of December (2023) when I took Archie (one of our dogs) up to the South Dorset Ridgeway near Culliford Tree.

It’d been freezing cold all day and as I drove up to the Ridgeway I passed through patches of freezing fog cutting the visibility down to a 100m or less, at times I could hardly see the next corner on the windy country lanes.
We got to one of our favourite walks and it was like a winter wonderland!

I also shot a video of part of the walk. Click to play…
