Dahlia – Squares

I love the shape and form of Dahlias, and wanted to present them in a square picture format making them the centre of the image breaking the unwritten rules of photographs in that a subject should never be in the centre!

In this series there are only two flowers (Dahlia Boxed 01-01 and Dahlia Boxed 02-01), the other images are different versions of the same flowers where I’ve digitally altered the colour pallette to produce something new and different.

I really like them and they make lovely greetings cards.
